This was my favorite place I stayed! The breakfast spread was good, offering fresh pastries and tasty hot items. I loved the cozy feel of the room. however, the ads showed a more spacious layout than we found. I'd definitely return!

Staff were really friendly, hard working and always willing to help with anything and everything. Hotel was a little dated, but clean, tidy and very comfortable with a lovely garden. Bathrooms were also nice with plenty of hot water. Added bonus of having tea/coffee facilities in the room, which isn't the norm for European hotels. Location was great - a bit out of the centre and away from the hustle and noise of the touristy centre - however only 10 min walk to all of Florence's main attractions. Would definitely go back.
There was no curfew as such, but you had to wake the really lovely staff to let you in late at night. They had no problems with it, but made me feel guilty!

Perfectly clean.
Boring and tasteless breakfasts.

The hotel had a great location by the Arno River, making it convenient to explore Florence, but the air conditioning was a letdown, not providing much relief from the heat. It was clean, with very friendly staff, despite some noise from the road.

The breakfast was delicious!Vegetables, fruits, pie, cheese, ham etc.The location is super, not in noisy center of Firenze but a few steps away main landmarks. Our room wasn't very large, but in Firenze this is secondary. Especially as the atmosphere in the hotel is fabulous. The owners are so kindly and helpful! Many greetings from Moscow and arividerla. Hope to see you soon =) Iris

It was calm, clean and close to the basic touristic places.
Our room was at the ground floor overlooking the back yard, but for the price we paid it was ok.

The queen room was spacious, clean, and had stylish decor that felt luxurious. The staff at reception were super helpful, and the location provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.
I wish the walk to dining options was shorter. It took about 25 minutes.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Privilege !! It was a great price compared to other Florence Hotels and was in a good location to see the sights of the city. The staff was very helpful in all ways. The room was beautiful with a window we could open to see greenery and listen to the rain fall overnight. We came late in the season so rainfall is not unusual. This hotel was a great find.

We liked the attention we got. Our breakfast on the terrace surrronded by Jasmine and Wisteria was perfect. All this in an 18th century Florentine Palace overlooking the Arno river, down the hill from the Michelangelo gardens!

The location was convenient for exploring, making it easy to
Visit the major sites in Florence within walking distance. The room was a bit outdated, and the bathroom could use some updating to match the rest of the hotel's charm.

Mrs. Rebacca and her husband managed this nice and warmly hotel. We feel very comfortable and happy of living in this hotel for 4 nights. The location is nice, you could walk to most of the sights. And it's along the river. Taking a taxi to train station is 10 euros and 15 minutes. We will definitely live in this hotel again next time. There's a nice leather school & store just inside the church - Santa Corse, do not choose those leather stores on the street !
